At uCheck, we’ve always been the go-to provider for pre-employment checks for SMEs.
We’ve worked closely with the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly the CRB) and the other Disclosure providers since their formation over ten years ago, and we like to think we have an unquestionable track record.
Now we’re significantly expanding our offering to employers – with particular regard to pre-employment checks for SMEs, providing a veritable buffet of checks that can be completed quickly and simply online.
Our new online platform will give employers a ‘pick and mix’ of options to suit all types of applicants in all kinds of roles.
Here is a list of some of the checking options that will be available at the click of a button:-
- Enhanced and Standard Criminal Record Checks via the DBS
- Basic Criminal Record Checks via Disclosure Scotland
- Identity Checks
- Adverse Credit History Checks
- Right to Work Checks
Additional checks are to follow.
These checks will help employers recruit applicants for a variety of roles in a range of industries, including nurses, teachers, carers and those in financial services, among others.
One of the most useful features of our new platform is that employers will only have to input an applicant’s details once to complete a selection of different checks.
Presently, pre-employment checks for SMEs have to be sourced from a range of providers – often forcing employers and HR staff to re-enter identical information each time.
Rapid, trusted and secure pre-employment checks for SMEs
uCheck’s checking systems are always rapid, trusted and secure. The new simple-to-use online platform will be the epitome of this. Here’s some details:-
Most of the checks we provide will give instant results.
The data sources we use to provide the results will be 100% accurate.
The IT infrastructure we use will be housed in the UK and will be fully compliant with the very highest standards of security available, including ISO27001 accreditation.
The new Employer HR platform is expected to be available from the summer of 2015.
